FAQS

Return Policy

We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our product. If you feel there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us and we will find a solution.

Shipping

Products typically ship within 3-5 business days (Shipping times may vary during the holiday season). All packages are padded to protect our glass bottles and we do our best to ensure they arrive intact. However, we cannot guarantee the state of the product after it has left our possession.  If you receive a broken product, please Contact Us and we will work to find the right solution for you.

After Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: We do not assume responsibility for packages after they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier (for example: lost or stolen packages, incorrect address, etc)

Allergens

While our team takes care in producing each batch of syrup, all products are made with shared equipment that has possibly come in contact with allergens. Contact us if you have concerns about allergens and our products.

All syrups are vegan, dairy free, and gluten-friendly.

Shelf Stability

Our products are shelf stable and, if unopened, are good for one year. For best quality, our syrups should be refrigerated after opening.

Batch to Batch Differences

Each one of our syrups is made and bottled by hand using only all natural flavorings and no preservatives. Due to this, there may be some small differences in flavor and color between batches. We hope you appreciate this about our product - we love that it has an artisan, small batch feel!

"Floaties"

Our product is thoroughly strained, but it is made by steeping all natural ingredients in sugar syrup and therefore occasionally contains some "floaties". These are just particles from our all natural flavorings (i.e hibiscus flower pieces, habanero peppers, etc.), and generally not a cause for concern.

If you believe the "floaties" in your product are not natural, please Contact Us.
