Inspired by the beloved holiday drink, this simple syrup captures the flavor of rich coconut, warm spices, and fragrant rum.
Enjoy 1 tbsp of syrup in an 8 oz coffee, matcha, tea, or cocktails. Drizzle over pancakes or ice cream until your heart says stop!
Ingredients: Pure Cane Sugar, Water, Coconut milk powder (coconut milk powder, tapioca maltodextrin), sunflower lecithin, cinnamon, rum extract, vanilla bean
Just the right amount of sweetness and full of flavor!
The flavor is really nice. I’m a little thrown off with the round balls that are in the syrup. I’m not sure if that’s normal or what, but I was certainly expecting it to be normal syrup consistency instead of lumpy.
